Canine First Aid Course with Alun Freeman from the IMDT (Institute of Modern Dog Trainers). Canine First Aid is an essential course for dog owners, dog trainers and walkers.
This course is IN PERSON as we believe this is the best way to learn such a practical skill – and will be certificated. Stooge dog and dummy dogs to practise on.
The course will cover: Basic health signs; Basic kit; Assessment; Vital signs; Body check; GDV/Bloat; Eye injuries; Shock; Anaphylactic shock; Insect stings; Poisoning; Heat stroke; Epilepsy; Drowning; Choking; Burns/scalds; Bleeding; Breaks/sprains; RTA; Bandaging and CPR.

Location: Scout hut site, Flux’s Lane, Epping, Cm16 7PE
Please do not bring your own dog to the course.
