Description
We aim to provide a friendly, fun club which will help owners and their dogs to learn the skills of agility and develop their bond, their dog’s fitness and skill set.
Please note this will not be taught to competition level, as the equipment is not Kennel Club registered size. The aim is to have a hobby that you and your dog can enjoy doing in a fun and safe environment. However, you may find it gives you a good flavour to want to go on to competitions yourself! And all will be taught the right way, so yo will have the foundations in place.
Classes will be small so you get lots of instruction with just six dogs in each class and two instructors (illness/holidays permitting!)
Each session is 50 minutes long with one group at 6pm and another at 7pm. The 7pm tends to have the less experienced dogs in it.
Classes are held indoors at Woodlands Farm in Sewardstone in a large riding school arena. This means we can go ahead whatever the weather or light conditions.
Classes to be paid for monthly in advance, £72 for four classes (£90 for a five-week month). There is a WhatsApp group so you can sell your space if you cannot make it to others on the waiting list.
Location: Woodlands Farm, Sewardstone, E4 7RE.
Requirements: Dogs should be over a year old and have basic obedience, able to recall well and do a basic Stay for approx 30 seconds.
Session dates
This block is for September 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th.
Please note: If your dog is reactive please contact Taking the Lead as classes may not be suitable at the present time but we should be able to help in other ways.
