Classes are small so you and your dog get lots of individual attention. I tailor all activities to suit everyone present so you and your dog will come away challenged and stimulated whatever your level.
Classes held on Saturdays in Epping from 9am until 12.20pm and Friday from 10am to 12noon with classes for new puppies through to older dogs.
Please contact me to find out what group you should be in (07802 967449) if you are unsure.
New Puppy class caters for all those lovely pups out there under six months old that need to socialise and learn how to deal with the world around them as well as picking up obedience skills in a fun environment.
There are also Bronze puppy (for those who have completed new puppy or equivalent), Silver puppy for those who have completed Bronze or equivalent) and older dog for those over a year old.
Teaching is tailored to cater for every dog’s abilities. They will also focus on FUN – if training is not fun then the owners and the dogs will not want to keep doing it!
For those whose dogs have excelled I will push on more with their training – there are no limits to what your dog can learn!
The classes cover all a dog’s learning needs for everyday life from loose-lead walking, recall (including around other dogs!), sit, down, stay, tricks as well as more advanced training such as scent work and direction – and having fun with the agility equipment. We also like to use a lot of impulse control exercises and work with distractions so your dog can learn to cope focus on you when out on your walks.
I am an IMDT-qualified instructor which means I use modern, progressive methods of dog training. Handlers in my classes learn how to get their dog to actively learn and enjoy learning.
Lessons are held at Theydon Garnon Scout Hut, Flux’s Lane, off Stewards Green Road, (next to Epping Golf Club and Coopersale Hall school). Postcode CM16 7PE (but please look it up first as some satnavs take you onto M11!)
