Description
Learn a new skill with your dog! You do NOT need to have a gundog for this course – any dog can learn these key skills. Doing so will increase your bond with your dog, give them a chance to use their brains and help you and your dog work as a team.
Having a hobby with your dog has a positive fallout in all areas of their behaviour as they learn to channel their energy and understand your cues.
This course will teach all the skills that gundogs need, such as direction work, how to stay still around distractions, retrieving to hand etc.
Classes will be small so you get lots of instruction with just six dogs in each class and two instructors (illness/holidays permitting!)
Each session is 50 minutes long. Classes are held at the Scout Hut in Flux’s Lane, Epping. This means we can go ahead whatever the weather or light conditions as there are inside and outside facilities.

Date and time: Saturdays 11.30am.
Saturday 11 Jan to February 15 inclusive.
Please note: If your dog is reactive please contact Taking the Lead as classes may not be suitable at the present time but we should be able to help in other ways.
